The massage, Ayurveda Abyhanga (Elakizhi, Para Potalli Seda or Elakidi) is performed, covering the body with Ayurvedic oils and applying a massage with cotton bags filled with a mixture of oils and other plants that have previously been heated.

Finish with a gentle relaxing Ayurvedic massage with natural extracts from India to choose from.

Abhyangais the anointing of the body with oil, a ritual in ancient India.

It is done all over the body playing the chakras and the marmas. The Navarakizhi (Shalishashtik Pottali Sweda) treatment is a massage carried out with (cute) cotton sachets filled with a mixture of boiled rice along with herbs and coconut milk.

It acts on the body rejuvenating it, providing strength, nutrition and relaxation. This is considered the most exotic massage in India and is a fabulous pre-nuptial gift.

The Ayurveda Padhayanga Massage or Hindu Foot Reflexology, is an ancient massage practice that was born in India more than 5000 years ago. The purpose of this Hindu massage is the maintenance and recovery of physical and emotional health.

This treatment is performed on the entire surface of the foot and on the lower legs.
